Basic Site Visit $50 plus cost of plantings/decorations
One-time site visits includes monument cleaning, weeding, tending to existing flowers, watering, raking lawn and sending before and after photos of the site to the client.
For clients seeking planned maintenance of the site, we offer a number of scheduled service visits (per-visit cost is offered at a discounted rate of $30):
Planned Site Visits
Monument cleaning, weeding, trimming, raking, deadheading of existing flowers, watering. Before and after photos with each visit.
4 visits - $144 (May-September or quarterly May, July, September, December)
6 visits - $192 (May-November approximately 5 week intervals)
12 visits - $360 (Monthly or 12 visits as requested)
Plantings
Traditional Annual Planting $35
One-time planting of a mix of annual flowering plants (begonia, dianthus, dusty miller, geranium, pansies, vinca).
Price is based on footage of standard monument size of 5 feet. Larger monuments will include a mix of additional plants at $6 per each extra linear foot.
Premium Annual Planting $60
One-time planting of a mix of perennial and annual flowering plants (black eyed Susan, blue salvia, chrysanthemum, coneflower, daisy) plus
One-time planting of a mix of 6 annual plants.
Price is based on footage of standard monument size of 5 feet. Larger monuments will include a mix of perennial and annual plants at $10 per each extra linear foot.
Special Occasion Visit Plantings - market price
Flowers and plantings for special occasions are based on seasonal blooming patterns. In addition, we can provide holiday specific decorations:
Planters - spring mix, fall mix, Christmas greens
Lawn Restoration - priced per square foot
Easter – daffodils, hyacinths, or pansies
Mother’s Day - azalea
Memorial Day - flags, service emblems
Father’s Day - tiger lily
Anniversary - floral arrangements
Labor Day, Columbus Day - mums
Thanksgiving, Christmas - decorated greens or wreath
Lawn Restoration - per square foot and condition
When a green lawn is desired we can help. Based on condition we aerate or apply topsoil, fill depressions, remove large weeds with roots, quality seed, fertilizer and water lawn to get it off to a good start. Cooler months April - May and September- October are recommended times for this service.
Site preparation for planting begins in early Spring. Annual plantings begin after last frost – typically after May 15th for the Northeast region. Plant varieties and colors based on seasonal and market availability.
